Exercising an Open Ticket
Exercising an Open Ticket is very easy. Just get in touch with us by email or by chat and tell us the date you would like to book. If it's available, we will transform your Open Ticket to a new Booking and you will receive a booking confirmation as usual.
If we cannot find availability for your date, we will provide you with alternatives dates. If we cannot find an available date during your stay in Naxos we will refund you under the condition that your request is received at least 14 days before the new date you want to book for. We may ask for documentation about your dates in Naxos.
