International delivery info
It is very important for us you receive your parcel when you expect them and we want to make sure you have all delivery information you'll need when placing an order with us.
What delivery methods are available ?
We offer Standard, tracked, and free delivery services to most countries. Once you've entered your delivery address, you will be able to see the delivery services available to you, and the cost. Most of our delivery services are trackable, but some trackable services might not be available to your country or to the product you selected.
If your cart contains not trackable products, the tracking cost accounts for trackable products only, and not trackable will be sent with standard service.
How much does-it cost ?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when the complete destination has been selected.
Will I be charged customs ?
Delivery to EU addresses aren't subject to customs or import charges, but each territory works differently. US addresses might not be subject to customs either if we can source production in the US. In general, we will try to produce our products the closest to your delivery address to save on shipping but we cannot guarantee it.
What happens on the day of the delivery ?
Our partners operate during normal business working hours and business days. A signature may be required, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. If you are not in when your parcel arrives, our delivery partner will leave a note with all required details to rearrange delivery or for you to pick it up from their office.
