An Open Ticket is a new type of reservation introduced in March 2020 as a tool to help us recover from the COVID-19 crisis. It transforms your booking in an open booking you can use anytime in the next 3 years. It is a great alternative if you were thinking about cancelling your trip.
We received a lot of cancellation requests since the Coronavirus Outbreak and this has put us in a very difficult position.
