Before you book
- Why can't I pay online for private and sunset cruises ?
-
Private and Sunset cruises are tailored to your needs. You have to speak with your skipper first so we can create the best experience for you. Feel free to get in touch with us and we will tailor the cruise to your needs.
- We are a group of 20 people, can we sail with you ?
-
Our yacht cannot accept such a bigger group, but two yachts can! Get in touch with us and we will organise a second boat for your group to sail with. Exact same itinerary, same departure time, same arrival time. Double the fun!
- Can I take babies and young children to any of your cruise ?
-
Babies and young children are accepted on board of private charter.
As per our terms, we don't accept kids younger than 16 years old on day cruises. We may accept them for sunset cruise depending on the forecast and on private/multiple days private cruises. In any case, parents stay in charge.
- I want to go to Antiparos but it is not in your destinations for day cruises...
-
It is still possible to go anywhere you want, on a private charter! Keep in mind distances though! We cannot go to Bodrum for one day, but we sure can for a few days. Contact us to discuss your project.
- What is included and what is extra?
-
It depends on the type of crew you choose. Please refer to the explanation of each cruise to understand what is included and what is not.
- I have a sailing qualification, will I be able to steer the boat?
-
Definitely yes! We are always keen on having an extra hand to reach our destination! If you don't have any sailing qualification, you still can steer under your captain's supervision.
Before you sail
- What should I take with me on my sailing trip ?
-
Don't forget your sunscreen, sun glasses, and your swimming suit. A hat would be great also as the sun can be really strong in Greece. For sunset cruises, a light jumper or similar might be useful as nights can be humid, and therefor the perception of the cold is biased.
- Day cruise: what time shall I come to the boat ?
-
5 minutes before departure is perfect! Try to be on time as a respectful gesture for other sailors. For a day cruise, we set sail at 8:30am. Sunset cruises depart at 7pm. Departure time for private charter are totally up to you and validated during the booking process
- I booked for tomorrow but I cannot make it! What can I do ?
-
First thing to do, is to make sure we know about this. Give us a call as soon as you know that you won't be able to make it. If we can book your spots, we will rebook you as soon as we can. If we cannot book your spots, your deposit will be kept (or part of it, please refers to our terms). A no show on your cruise day makes you accountable for the whole amount of the cruise.
