Xanemo Sailing to restart all sailing experiences & adventures on July 15th
All sailing experiences & adventures restart on July 15th
We are very proud and excited to be able to restart our sailing activities as of July 15th. We partnered with the World Travel & Tourism Council to create a set of health & safety measures to keep you and local communities safe.
What is being done
While government agencies have no specific recommendations regarding our capacity, we unilaterally decided to limit our semi-private tours capacity by decreasing the number of guests by 20%. This is to help us provide you with a better quality of service while respecting social distanciation rules.
We work hard on establishing our health and safety measures and we are very proud to be approved by the WTTC. You can know more about our approval in our related press release.
We also decided to offer everybody a 20% discount on our private day cruises so that if guests feel more comfortable being onboard only with their group, it would be more accessible to everyone.
Finally, we eased our cancellation policy so that you can enjoy a free cancellation for up to 24h before departure.
How long will these measures be in place
While it still unclear if we will need to implement these measures for the 2021 season, we plan on respecting our engagement with the WTTC for all 2020 season. Our measures are not fixed and are being reviewed and modified upon the WTTC, the US CDC, and the European CDC's recommendation. For this reason, we urge you to have a look at them every now and then so you don't miss on a new measure.
Where can I know more
Stay updated by often having a look at our health and safety measures. You can follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to stay tuned with the latest data we have.
